Install Android or IOS mobile application
To find out how to install and configure the mobile application on a smartphone or tablet, click on the How to install the mobile application button. A window opens with the necessary instructions.
When installing the mobile application for the first time, you must select "Already customer" and enter your authentication key.
For security reasons, a message may appear on the mobile application when you first connect, asking you to authorize the device from the manager interface. Go to the manager interface and authorize the device using the pop-up in the top right-hand corner of the main screen.
If you don't have access to the Google Playstore or App Store, click on I don't have access to one of these stores. You will then be able to download the application directly from our servers.
Mobile application access codes
The Mobile application access codes section lets you view the 4-digit user codes used to open a work session on the mobile application.
When a user code is used on one device and the job has not been saved, you cannot use the same code on another device.
The Wektoo mobile application works offline. This choice has been made so as not to block you if you use the application in a place without an Internet network. We invite you to consult the corresponding data sheet to understand the data backup system.
You can manage your employees' assignments to mobile access codes. In other words, you can ensure that a 4-digit code only loads the sector assignments of designated employees. On the mobile application, only the sectors and employees assigned to this code are then visible. By default, all employees are assigned to a 4-digit code.
Devices
The Device section lets you manage which smartphones or tablets are authorized to access your data on the mobile application.
You can also ban a device to deny it access to your data. For example, if an employee who was using his personal smartphone for Wek HACCP is no longer part of your workforce, we invite you to ban his phone so that he cannot interact with your data.
