When you log on to Wek HACCP with your 4-digit code, you are asked to select the collaborator who will be using the application.
The selected collaborator appears at the top of the main screen.
Any action performed in the application will be recorded under the name of the collaborator at the top of the main screen.
Remaining task notifications correspond to the areas assigned to the selected collaborator.
To change collaborator, press the collaborator name at the top of the screen and select the desired collaborator. The counters adjust automatically.
+ button top right
Each module features a + button in the top right-hand corner. You can use it to enter a new action that is not in the list of programmed actions.
Back arrow
At any time, a back arrow is available in the top left-hand corner to exit the module and return to the main screen.
Entering a numerical value
When the application asks you to enter a value, you can use the + and - buttons on either side of the value to modify it. You can also press the value box to directly enter the desired value using your device's keyboard. You can also enter numbers with decimals in this way.
The color pink in the mobile app
The color pink requires special attention🚨
It complements the usualdaily, weekly, and monthly colors.
These are special tasks or information. It's information that's out of the ordinary.
You'll find pink in the following cases:
On tasks that don't happen often or that are out of the ordinary (third Wednesday of every month, once every 6 months, etc.).
On weekly or monthly tasks that arrive in the last few days to be completed. 3 days before the due date for a weekly task and 7 days for a monthly task.
When you enter values that do not correspond to expected values (temperature too high for a temperature reading, for example).
For a notification clarifying an HACCP best practice that does not seem to be respected.
Selfie mode on photo shoots
On every photo-taking screen where the camera is triggered, you can toggle between your device's front and rear cameras.
This can be useful if your device is wall-mounted, for example, and you want to take photos without moving your device.
The symbol for switching cameras is shown in the top right-hand corner of the camera display when taking a photo.
Color of input values
When you enter a value and it appears either green or red, this means that an expected value has been programmed.
Green = the value entered corresponds to the expected value
Red = value entered does not correspond to expected value
Identifying a product
When the application asks you to identify a product, you can do so in different ways:
Use the text input field. You can enter part of a label or barcode. The application filters the results corresponding to your search in real time.
Use the product category filters. The application displays only products in the selected category.
Use the barcode scan function. If your product has a barcode, you can scan it directly for an immediate selection.
It's up to you to find the method that best suits your organization;
