Temperature monitoring

The temperature monitoring module lets you record temperatures at the start and end of a process that requires this type of information.
This could be defrosting, cooking or deep-freezing, for example.

Press the + button at top right to start a new temperature monitoring action.

Identify the temperature monitoring action and the product or recipe concerned.

Enter the quantity concerned, up to 9999. You can also enter your quantity directly by pressing the quantity box without using the +/- buttons.

The start date and time are automatically entered, corresponding to the time when you declare the start of the job. You can change this if required.

Enter the start temperature. For the end temperature, you have two choices:

  • You can enter the end time and temperature immediately. Press OK to save the job.

  • You can enter the end time and temperature later. Press Finish later. You can then resume temperature monitoring at another time. A notification bubble to the left of the temperature monitoring module tells you how many temperature monitoring tasks are in progress. The start values entered previously are displayed when you resume the task.
