Wek HACCP color codes

The manager interface and the mobile application use the same color codes.

When you visualize scores or data with these colors, it indicates the periodicity of this information.

  • Yellow for tasks to be completed during the day

  • Green for tasks due within a week

  • Blue for tasks to be completed within a month

  • Pink for tasks requiring special attention

    Examples :

    • tasks that don't come along very often, or that are out of the ordinary (the third Wednesday of every month, etc.)

    • weekly or monthly tasks that arrive in the last few days to be completed.

  • You can find pink on the application in the following cases:

    • A pink dot on module tiles. This means that the module contains unusual tasks that require special attention. These are all tasks that are not conventional in the sense of "not every day, week or month".

    • Within modules (cleaning, temperature readings...)In modules where there are pink tasks + usual tasks, the lists are separated into two distinct "to do" lists. You can switch from one list to the other by pressing the corresponding colored dots.

    • When the last days are approaching for a weekly or monthly task. 3 days before the due date for a weekly task and 7 days for a monthly task.
    • If it's the last day to complete a weekly or monthly task, a pink exclamation mark ! also appears on the main weekly or monthly counter to indicate that tasks are approaching their due date.
    • For a value entry that is incorrect or not expected (e.g. wrong temperature).
    • For contextual help and information messages when wrong values are entered in the application.
