Label printing


The print module enables you to print secondary SLED labels or production labels.

Select your product or recipe, the required information and the quantity of labels to be printed. Start printing by pressing the print button.

If your device can't find your printer, you can use the three dots on the right to locate the printer.

You can also print or reprint labels from the Traceability and Recipe Preparation modules.

Expiration date information can be pre-filled if you have indicated a validity period for your product or recipe in the manager interface.

  • You can print or reprint a label linked to traceability or recipe preparation.

    • Carry out a traceability or recipe preparation operation.
    • In the corresponding module, access your task history under Completed tasks.
    • Press the Print button



Setting up the label printer

There are 2 printer models compatible with Wek HACCP:

- Brother TD-2125NWB

- Bixolon SLP TX220B



Pairing with your smartphone or tablet


    • Printer must have label roll correctly inserted
    • Make sure the printer is switched on
    • On your tablet or smartphone, activate Bluetooth in the Android or IOS settings
    • In your device's general settings (not in the Wek HACCP app), search for the printer in the available Bluetooth devices. The printer will appear as TD-2125NWB, SLP TX200B or Thermal Label Printer.
    • If the printer name appears more than once in the list, you need to select the corresponding name with the printer symbol next to it.
    • Pair your Bluetooth device to the printer; if a pairing code is requested, it should be 0000.

    On the Wek HACCP mobile application, to configure / pair your printer for the first time:

    • Open the Wek HACCP application and enter the label printing module
    • Enter data, even fictitious data, to get to the summary screen before printing your label
    • Click on the 3 dots to the right of the Print button
    • A printer search will be launched. This search takes about 1 min.
    • Select the printer name. Wait until the connection is complete. You're ready to print via the print button 👍

    This operation must be performed on each smartphone or tablet you wish to connect to the printer.

    Once you've paired up once, simply use the print button for your everyday labels. The 3 dots are no longer needed, except to reset a connection.

    Printer tips

    Brother TD-2125NWB

    • To calibrate your labels, press the right-most Big Button on top of the printer once.
    • This same rightmost button can also be used to restart the printing of the last label printed.

    Prerequisites for printing

    • The 2 LEDs on top of the printer must be green and not blinking. Don't hesitate to press the Feed/Cancel button to calibrate the labels.
