Traceability

The traceability module lets you take photos of your sanitary labels.
You can also print your labels with the opening date.

There are two types of traceability, depending on the settings made in the module management tab of the manager interface.

Simple traceability lets you take photos of all your traceability labels, without identifying a particular product or recipe. The aim here is simplicity and speed in day-to-day operations. Your photos are saved. It will take a little longer to retrieve photos when needed, but they will be well saved and sorted by Tag.

Detailed traceability requires you to precisely identify the reference photographed. In this way, your recipe or product is clearly identified. You can print the secondary expiration date and declare your products in a single entry. One of the benefits is the speed with which information can be retrieved when needed. This requires a little more effort on a day-to-day basis.

You need to find the right balance with your teams to get the information you need.

Simple traceability

Press the + button in the top right-hand corner to start a new traceability process.
You can choose a classification. This classification will be associated with your traceabilities. So, when you search from the manager interface, you can also search for your traceability by classification.

Take photos of your sanitary labels. You can take up to 25 photos during a single traceability operation. You can carry out as many traceability operations as you need.

You can, for example, group together the labels for a recipe, or all the labels for cold starters... The aim is to find the organization that suits you best.

Detailed traceability

Press the + button in the top right-hand corner to start a new traceability process.
Identify your product or recipe and its secondary use-by date.

Take photos of your sanitary labels corresponding to the product or recipe you've just identified.

You can always link 25 photos to a product or recipe.

Simultaneous recipe traceability and production declaration

Example:

You have a recipe called "recipe number 1".

Let's imagine that this recipe is made up of 12 products (product 1, product 2, ... , product 12).

  • Open the traceability module. Select "recipe number 1".

  • Take X photos of the labels of the products making up this recipe.

  • Choose the quantity you wish to prepare. Validate your traceability.

You have now declared :

  • Traceability for "recipe number 1".

  • Traceability for each of the 12 products in the recipe. "Product 1", "Product 2", etc...

  • A declaration of manufacture for this recipe.

The advantage is speed of entry.

Similarly, when you search from the manager interface, you'll find your information no matter whether you're searching by recipe or by product.
